Maggie Grace is an American actress born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most famous roles include Shannon Rutherford, a character in ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. Originating from Worthington Ohio she quit high school in order to relocate into Los Angeles with her mother after her parents divorce. However, in 2001, despite finances she managed get her first significant role in the online video series Rachel's Room playing the principal character. The actress was able to secure an Young Artist Award nomination in 2002, for her role as the 15 year old murder victim Martha Moxley in the television movie Murder which aired in Greenwich. Grace Rutherford was the lead actor in Lost during its initial two seasons. In 2004, she was awarded the Screen Actors Guild Award with the entire ensemble. Grace has worked together with Tom Welling on The Fog in 2005, decided to make the move into film. The actress has also appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club both in 2007 and in Taken with Liam Neeson in 2008 as Kim Mills. The role was reprised in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). In addition, she played Alice as Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is an updated interpretation of the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace reprised the role as Shannon for two additional episodes of Lost which included the finale of the series. Grace appeared on Californication's 6th season that aired between 2013 and 2014. She portrays Faith a groupie and a muse to the stars who captures the eye of Hank Moody played by David Duchovny. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She's a Gyllenhaal, the child of Stephen Gyllenhaal (director) and Naomi Achs (producer), she is a bit older than Jake Gyllenhaal. As a teenager, she began to work on small roles with her father and appeared in Donnie Darko alongside her twin brother. The next film she appeared in was Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind both in 2002 and Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal was nominated to win the Golden Globe Award in both the romantic comedy Sherrybaby (2005) and the love story Secretary (2002). Both films received acclaim from critics. Following several commercially-successful films, like World Trade Center in 2006 her name was recognized more widely for her role as Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). She was nominated to win an Academy Award as Best Supporting Actress for her performance on the film Crazy Heart, (2009). Following that she was able to appear in comedy films as well as dramas such Nanny McPhee And The Big Bang (2010) Hysteria (2011), and The Won't Back Down (12). The other roles she's played includes Secret Service agents in White House Down (2013 Action thriller) and musicians in Frank (2014, drama The Kindergarten Teacher 2018) in addition to her role as the Kindergarten teacher. The debut of Gyllenhaal as a director and writer took place in 2021, with The Lost Daughter, a psychological thriller in which she won an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. The film also was awarded the Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
